Before you export the first image

Crop the reference to the subject or composition area. Pick a grid size that matches the amount of detail. Use line color that contrasts with both light and dark areas. Check the overlay at the final drawing or print size. Save one coarse version and one detailed version if needed.

Do I need to install anything?

No. Open the site in a browser and start. There is no desktop installer, extension, or account setup.

Do you upload my image?

No. Image processing happens in the browser. Your reference image is not sent to a Grid Maker Pro server for overlay generation.
